The First level (Beginner)
He is the one who doesn’t know reading and writing, so he needs to study the letters from the beginning. If the student doesn’t know reading, so he must study a reading book to be fully aware of how to read the Holy Qur’an. One of the most famous curricula in this field is the book Nour al-Bayan (the light of rhetoric) or the book Al-Qaeda Alnoraniah (the light rule). These books follow the methodology of understanding reading from the Holy book and the curriculum of Nour al-Bayan is the most famous one.

The Second Level (Intermediate level)
He knows the Arabic letters, but he can’t read from the Holy Book. So, he needs a lot of indoctrination, recitation and training on reading from the Holy Book until he becomes able to recite the Holy Qur’an properly. Here we must highlight the importance of indoctrination and speaking, where the student is able to pronounce the Arabic letter but his problem is that he can’t read the Qur’an where the Qur’an can’t be read unless speaking.
